个人简历
杨宁，男，1964年生，教授，博士生导师现任中国农业大学畜禽育种国家工程实验室主任，动物科技学院动物遗传育种与繁殖系系主任、教授。兼任世界家禽学会副主席、国家蛋鸡产业技术体系首席科学家、中国畜牧兽医学会家禽学分会理事长和动物遗传育种分会副理事长兼秘书长、国家畜禽遗传资源委员会家禽专业委员会副主任、农业部家禽品质监督检验测试中心(北京)常务副主任、World'sPoultry Science J., Poultry Science 等国内外学术刊物编委。为国家杰出青年科学基金、国务院政府特殊津贴和中国青年科技奖得主，入选新世纪"百千万人才工程"国家级专家。
1978.9-1982.7: 西南民族学院畜牧兽医系大学部生，获学士学位
1982.8-1985.8: 四川省乐山市家畜冻精站工作，任技术员
1985.9-1990.7: 北京农业大学动物遗传育种专业研究生，获博士学位
1990.7至今: 北京农业大学畜牧系(1995年后更名为中国农业大学动物科技学院)工作，历任讲师(1990.7)、副教授(1993.1)、教授(1999.1)
1997.6-1998.6:美国弗吉尼亚理工大学(Virginia Tech)访问教授

主持课题
主持和参与了多项国家和省部级项目，主要有863课题"家鸡表观基因组技术与功能研究"、973课题"品质性状形成的分子机理"、国家科技支撑项目"优质高产蛋鸡新品种选育" 和"蛋鸡育种关键技术和育种新体系研究"、农业行业科技专项"跑地鸡蛋生产关键技术研究与示範"等。从2008年起担任国家蛋鸡产业技术体系首席科学家。杨宁教授率领的科研团队在家禽遗传育种和基因组学研究领域取得重要研究进展，已在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI收录论文40余篇。
