剧情简介
1.邪恶博士使用了一种时间机器来到的1969年，在这里他偷走了奥斯汀的毛九(MOJO)——奥斯汀的力量之源，使其威力尽失。幸运的是，英国情治单位发明了一种更先进的时光机器，奥斯汀告别1999年的美好物质生活，回到他生龙活虎的时代，追回他的MOJO。同时邪恶博士酝酿了一个毁灭世界的邪恶计画：在月球上安装炮弹进而毁灭地球。奥斯汀一定要在1969年阻止邪恶博士的计画，不然，他将失去1999年所拥有的美女与吃喝玩乐。不正经的特工再次出动，只是为了自己，顺便拯救一下世界。
2.根据秘密情报显示，邪恶博士(又是麦克麦尔斯 饰)在月球装 设了能量超强的雷射炮，坐标对準对美国华盛顿，除非美国政府缴交 高额赎金，否则，‥嘿嘿嘿，这个重要都市将永远地从地球上消失，而 这只是邪恶博士野心的第一步，他将陆续毁灭其他重要都市。为此， 英国情报局虽然派出最精明干练的情报员，可是每一个都被邪恶博士 识破，惨遭毒手，如今可以阻止邪恶博士的只剩下英国情报局最后的 王牌奥斯汀保威了，可是道高一尺、魔高一丈，聪明的邪恶博士早就 料到有此一招，早一步派遣肥霸(还是麦克麦尔斯饰)偷走他的精力 泉源[Mojo]，让他失去男性的雄风与自信的来源，相信这 下子连奥斯汀保威也无法阻止邪恶博士支配世界的野心了，哈哈哈。
另一方面，毫不知情的保威，刚刚把到苏俄的窈窕间谍美眉， 正打算一展男性雄风，努力拓展国民外交时，突然觉得一阵酸 软，欲振乏力，在经过高科技的检验后，英国情报局才惊觉(Mojo)的消失与邪恶博士的计画有着相当大的关联，于是，他驾驶那辆 炫死人不偿命的逾时光金龟车，穿梭时光，準备与邪恶博士决一死 战，想不到，下流无耻卑鄙的邪恶博士，竟然早就算準了他的到来， 派遣第一流的杀手，打算给他好好的“照顾照顾”，幸而获得美国中央 情报员美眉菲尝爱高小姐（海瑟葛拉罕 饰）及时救援，才得以脱离险境。
经过层层的抽丝剥茧，两人终于找到邪恶博士位在热情岛屿上的秘密基地， 可惜他们迟了一步，邪恶博士已经登上月球，準备启动强力雷射炮摧毁 华盛顿区，毁灭的时间已经迫在眉梢，奥斯丁保威与菲尝爱高两人可以即时 摧毁雷射光炮，取回他的[Mojo]，并摧毁邪恶博士的野心吗?
